Whitaker Law is not subject to the SRA’s (or any other) compulsory professional indemnity insurance requirements. Nonetheless, we maintain professional indemnity insurance (which is not, and does not need to be, based upon or compliant with the SRA-approved Minimum Terms and Conditions for solicitors), about which further information can be provided upon request.
